Priest Lake,
Idaho
Priest
Lake is known as the Crown Jewel of North Idaho with it's skyscraping
mountain peaks and lush green national forests. There are in fact two
lakes, Upper and Lower Priest Lake.
This shot is taken from the southern end of the lower lake to the right
is Cavanaugh Bay and to the northwest is Reeder Bay. Just south of the
lake is the beautiful little town of Coolin. As you can see living on
Priest Lake is a dream.
Priest Lake is home to some
awesome Lake Trout reaching 30+ pounds as well as the surrounding
forested areas are full of elk, deer, moose and black bear.
You can also go up to lions
head and see some mountain goats!
Waterfront properties on
this lake are unique and beautiful as if you were on a desolate mountain
lake with gorgeous sun rises and sunsets.
